Show Notes

We've made it to our Second Season, The Historical Books of the Bible.

While studying the Book of Joshua, we were able to break it up into 4 sections:
(1-5) The Conquest, (6-12) Conflicts w/Canaanites, (13-22) Land Allotments, and (23-24) Farewell of Joshua

The audience is the 3rd Generation of Israelites whose parents had conquered the Promised Land and it was written to have an account of how the Israelites conquered the Promised Land, to record the land allotments, and how to show God’s faithfulness to His covenant with them.

God's promise to Abraham had come true!  He is faithful to His promises but will let His people walk away and suffer the consequences.

Who are we?  We're two life-long friends who share the same Christian values and are both seeking a deeper relationship with God. Join us as we drop knowledge from our study of God’s word.
