Show Notes

We've made it to our Second Season, The Historical Books of the Bible.

While studying the Book of Judges, we were able to break it up into 3 sections:
(1-2) Continuation, (3-16) Cycle and (17-21) Corruption.

The author of Judges is unknown, but most believe that the likely candidate is the prophet Samuel.  Samuel wrote to the Israelites whose ancestors continuously rebelled against God.   The book of Judges was written as a defense for King David and as a record of Israel’s “sin cycles” under their appointed judges.

“In those days there was no king in Israel. Everyone did what was right in his own eyes. "

Who are we?  We're two life-long friends who share the same Christian values and are both seeking a deeper relationship with God. Join us as we drop knowledge from our study of God’s word. For the next 365 days, we're on a mission to study God’s word from cover-to-cover. Each week you’ll hear raw, unedited and thought-provoking conversations, as well as actionable tips and strategies that you can implement in your daily walk to become a more intentional Christian.
